I don’t believe that Canon has been giving any price right now.

The current 400mm (resp. 300mm) never seems to appear under 7000US$ (resp. 4000US$) and I would not expect Canon to under-price the new ones. 8000US$ and 5000US$ will probably be a minimum. Make sure you have an appointment with your bank account manager before March 2011.
