Here is a list of software programs that you could use:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.granitebaysoftware.com\/Product_gbt.aspx\">GBTimeLapse<\/a> is able to control Canon cameras, and assemble pictures ($79, or trial version)<\/li>\n<li>QuickTime Pro ($29.99). Just start with menu command: <code>File>Open Image Sequence\u2026<\/code><\/li>\n<div class=\"right35_box\">\n<p>Instructions for using MPlayer can be found at the end of the &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.triplespark.net\/misc\/timelapse\/tech.html\">How to Create Time-Lapse Movies with a Digital Photo Camera<\/a>&#8221; article.<\/div>\n<li>Free <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mplayerhq.hu\/\">MPlayer<\/a> (available for Linux and Windows) will do it all with a couple of command line instructions (see the box at the right).<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nimisis.com\/projects\/flix.php\">Flix<\/a> ($10.00 for new users)<\/li>\n<li>Older versions of Jasc Paint Shop Pro used to include a program called Animation Shop (unfortunately, Corel removed it from recent versions).<\/li>\n<li>For the Mac (I did not try it), the most famous solution seems to be <a href=\"http:\/\/www.istopmotion.com\/\">iStopMotion<\/a> (from $49).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A few recommendations for time-lapse videos: Use high-definition: Your photo camera can do it, the video will be great in HD.
